A bit about me 

For the last 10 years I have been Artistic Director of award-winning Babel Theatre and recently became CEO of Babel Creative Education. 

Alongside that I have worked as a cultural leader, mentor, facilitator with: Academy of Live and Recorded Arts, Arts Emergency, Barbican, BBC, Complicite, Central School of Speech and Drama, East 15 Acting School, HOME, London Youth, National Children’s Orchestra, National Youth Orchestra, Tamasha Theatre, University of East London, University of Arts London and more. 

I am a Fellow of Future Connected, a Lambeth Council leadership programme for emerging cultural leaders.  

I have worked with Clore Leadership, Clore Social Leadership and London Youth Rise Up Leadership Programme. 

The Coaching Academy 

I’ve mentored 100s of creatives in the last 10 years. I get real fulfilment out of impacting people’s lives. I am tired of seeing creatives exhausted, stuck in trauma responses, undervalued, feeling like imposters, insecure and under-cared for.

I wanted to do more so I decided to get better. 

I enrolled with The Coaching Academy. 

I am now a Coach-in-Training on their Advanced Diploma in Performance Coaching accredited by the Association of Coaching. 

I am super upfront about currently being in training, and, though I have already been coaching for a while, I think it is ethical to be accredited in what I practice.
